Having experienced explosive growth in its first several years in business, Rhythmlink (Inc. 5000) needed to rebrand to better position the company as a high-caliber, progressive leader in the neurodiagnostics category, which it's prior branding and online presence did not support or communicate.

Rhythmlink gained much stronger brand positioning within their market that more clearly communicated they are a progressive force in their industry, willing to zag while their competitors are stuck zigging.Their clients were also better-enabled to connect more directly with the brand, through the ability to comment on experiences with products, provide testimonials, and more.
Additionally, the brand's web presence became more "sticky," with a significant bounce rate reduction, and increased time-on-site with users staying for over one minute longer than before on average, following the new branding and new website launch. Because when it comes to any online marketing presence, whether B2B or B2C, every additional second on-site counts.
And with a newly upgraded and properly branded social media presence in conjunction with the launch + rebrand, social media growth increased by upwards of 15% month-over-month.
