Rhythmlink (Columbia, South Carolina)
MAIN DRIVERS FOR OUR ENGAGEMENT AS AGENCY OF RECORD (2010-2015)
Having experienced explosive growth in its first several years in business, Rhythmlink (Inc. 5000) needed to rebrand to better position the company as a high-caliber, progressive leader in the neurodiagnostics category, which its prior branding and online presence did not support or communicate.

SUCCESS + RESULTS
Rhythmlink now has a much stronger brand positioning that clearly communicates that they are a progressive force in their industry, willing to zag while their competitors are stuck zigging.
Clients can now also connect more directly with the brand than ever before, through the ability to comment on experiences with products, provide testimonials, and more.
The brand's web presence became more "sticky", with a bounce rate reduction of over 5%, and users staying for over one minute longer (on average) than they did before, following the new branding + website's launch. When it comes to digital/online and waning attention-spans of the modern, digital era, every additional second on-site counts (literally).
Additionally, with a newly upgraded and properly branded social media presence in conjunction with the launch + rebrand, social media growth increased by upwards of 15% month-over-month.
15%+ Month-Over-Month Social Media Growth
Increased Average On-Site Time by Over One Minute
As a testament to the enhanced user experience we created for Rhythmlink's users, average time-on-site increased by over one minute per user following their new website launch.
Our work with Rhythmlink won both a Communicator Award from the International Academy of Visual Arts (2012), and a Summit International Award for Corporate Website Redesign (2011). New hardware, baby!
